Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 15 working days of approval.
Check‑In & Check‑Out
Standard check‑out: 12:00 noon.
Day‑use: 30% discount on BAR.
Early Check‑In
Before 06:00 — Full day tariff.
06:00–09:00 — 50% of day tariff.
09:00–12:00 — ₹2000.
Late Check‑Out
Until 14:00 — ₹1000.
14:00–16:00 — ₹2000.
16:00–19:00 — 50% of day tariff.
After 19:00 — Full day tariff.
Child & Extra Policy
Below 18 years not allowed for booking.
Restaurant dining for non‑resident guests: 12+ allowed.
Extra adult @ ₹3000. Extra bed @ ₹3000.
Hotel Room Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 10 days before check‑in: full refund.
Refunds for eligible cancellations initiated within 15 business days.
Cancellation within 7 days of check‑in: one night’s room rate will be charged.
Exceptions: special promotions, non‑refundable reservations, or group bookings may have different policies.
Peak period 20 Dec – 7 Jan: Non‑refundable and non‑cancellable.
