Cancellation and Retention Terms
- 0–5 days before arrival: The booking is non-refundable.
- From the booking date until 6 days before arrival: A 30% retention charge applies.
- Bookings of 5 rooms or more: Cancellations made within 0–15 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Group bookings cancelled more than 15 days before arrival: A 50% retention charge applies.
- Super-peak periods, long weekends, and stays between 22 December and 4 January: Bookings are non-refundable and non-amendable.
- Bookings cannot be cancelled once they enter the applicable cancellation phase, at arrival/check-in, or after check-in.
- No refund will be issued for bookings already within the cancellation phase.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations caused by natural disasters, calamities, or acts of God.
Any approved refund is subject to the payment gateway, banking and processing timelines. Booking-specific terms communicated in writing at the time of confirmation will take precedence where applicable.
